Fintech Integration
Fintech Services
Growing businesses generate financial data faster than their accounting teams can process it by hand. We build SDK-integrated fintech connectors that sync bank and transaction data directly into the accounting and ERP systems you already run, QuickBooks, custom ERPs, and beyond, with no manual re-entry.
The Problem
Manual entry doesn't scale.
Most finance teams still key bank activity into their books by hand. Transcribing statements, matching transactions, and re-entering data line by line is slow, repetitive, and error-prone, and every new client or account makes it worse.
Slow, line-by-line re-keying of bank activity.
Hand re-entry introduces costly, hard-to-catch mistakes.
Matching transactions by hand, every single cycle.
Headcount is the only lever when volume grows.
Our Solution
An intelligent bridge, not a one-way import.
Instead of a fragile import script that dumps data in one direction, we engineer secure, two-way integrations on official platform SDKs. Your team keeps working in the accounting system it already trusts; we remove the manual layer in front of it.
Secure, two-way integration built on official platform SDKs (e.g. the QuickBooks SDK)
Current, not batch-synced — books stay live as transactions flow in
Review before it posts — full visibility and control before anything hits your ledger
Fault-tolerant by design — a failed sync is queued and retried, never lost
Built on official platform SDKs
What's Included
Everything required to keep your books accurate, current, and under your finance team's control.
Intelligent Transaction Categorization
A mapping engine reads transaction memos and descriptions to auto-assign the correct vendor and account, removing manual sorting for recurring activity.
Fault-Tolerant SDK Integration
Built on official SDKs rather than brittle import scripts, a secure, reliable, two-way connection between your bank data and your accounting system, with automatic retry on failure.
Mandatory Pre-Posting Validation
A review checkpoint lets your team verify every transaction before it posts, so nothing reaches your books unchecked.
Self-Learning Exception Handling
When a transaction doesn't match an existing rule, it's routed to a review queue instead of failing. Each correction is saved as a new mapping, so the system handles more automatically over time.

QuickBooks Connector for a Chartered Accountant Practice
Client: Satish Gangam, CA Operations · Platform: QuickBooks Desktop + Techgy QuickBooks Connector
The situation
A growing CA firm was losing hours every week to a manual pipeline, copying bank statements into Excel, hand-creating check entries, and posting journal entries one at a time into QuickBooks Desktop. It was slow, error-prone, and had no path to scale except more hours.
What we built
An SDK-integrated desktop connector that sits alongside QuickBooks Desktop, augmenting it, not replacing it. Bank data is ingested, auto-matched to vendors and accounts by our Memo Map engine, staged for review, and synced into QuickBooks through the official SDK with automatic retry on failure.
Results
Excel-based bookkeeping workflows eliminated entirely
Check-entry and journal posting automated for the majority of recurring transactions
Fault-tolerant two-way sync, no transactions lost to connectivity interruptions
Pre-posting validation and an exception queue keep only verified data in the ledger
Role-based access and enterprise authentication for a finance-grade security posture
Delivered on a structured six-week timeline
Stop re-keying data.
If manual data entry is overwhelming your finance team, we can build the integration that ends it, on the accounting or ERP system you already run. Tell us your stack and we'll show you what's possible.
